Purposeful AF

Sometimes life throws too many options at you and you end up feeling stuck and overwhelmed by the possibilities.  My inclination was to focus on “what I wanted to be when I grew up” rather than how I wanted to FEEL. Kerb was instrumental in helping me unlock how I wanted my future and my career to feel.  She gave me the tools that gave me the words to be able to express myself, to make those ideas concrete and real.

Kerb’s approach requires that you turn deeply inward to confront yourself.  While this radical honesty with yourself is sometimes uncomfortable, it opened up a whole new way of thinking about my mark on the world. People won’t remember that I was this title or that title, they’ll remember what I built and how I made people feel.

Since working with Kerb, I’ve jumped off a few of life’s proverbial ledges and I owe a little of my new found courage to her.  I have a clear “North Star” – building companies with open, equitable and hard-working cultures that FEEL deeply empowering, trusting and collaborative. With that direction in mind, it makes decision-making about my future easy.  Always choose the path that leads to the North Star. Why? Because that North Star is powerful af and this world needs MUCH more of it.
