Building Inclusivity Through Leadership Development

 

Kerb’s style and approach to teams is unique in that it is incredibly inclusive. Whether coaching one on one or facilitating group workshops, she is skilled in creating an environment where people feel safe and able to speak their mind. She masterfully steers conversations toward relevant discussion and gives everyone a chance to feel heard.

I sought out Kerb after I took part in a training she was facilitating. She created such a warm and open learning environment and had a ton of knowledge and insight to share. I was very impressed. My purpose in seeking coaching was to get to the root of my own leadership style and the dynamics of my team. 

Through coaching, I received support in dealing with some difficult team dynamics. Kerb helped me understand my own leadership style as well as some of the other personalities on the team and assisted in creating strategies to overcome our challenges.
